Open House Studio is provided by Steeds IT to prepare and display real-estate listing presentations. The app uses the free Apple TV companion.

Upload only photos, videos, music, logos and personal information that you have permission to use and display. You retain your rights to your content and authorize the service to store, transfer and display it for your presentation and authorized device sync. You are responsible for accurate listing details, visitor QR destinations and any permissions required for public music playback. A linked third-party listing website is not operated by Steeds IT.

Individual realtor edition

The iPhone/iPad app uses annual subscriptions purchased through Apple. Active subscription or trial access is required for server uploads and TV pairing; local draft preparation remains available without active access. A seven-day introductory trial is available to eligible subscribers where offered. Current prices, trial eligibility and renewal details are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple.

The one-TV plan provides one primary Apple TV with three open-house slots. The two-TV plan adds a second TV that mirrors the primary TV’s same three listings; it does not provide independent listing slots on the second TV. Both TVs use the same app account. Apple handles payments, subscription management and applicable refund requests.

Storage and presentation delivery

Synced drafts are normally retained for seven days after uploading changes or tapping Sync. Downloads do not renew retention. Published TV metadata normally expires approximately one hour after publication; media referenced by a saved draft is retained for that draft’s retention period. Designated review/demo accounts may have extended retention.

Keep original files and local drafts. Apple TV continues using downloaded media until replaced or cleared, subject to tvOS cache availability. Delivery, updates, sync and clearing depend on network and device availability; offline TVs receive changes when they reconnect and the relevant server content is available. Publishing is manual. An open-house date does not schedule an upload. Clearing a TV presentation and deleting a saved draft are separate actions.
